yasserfaraazkhan ca27316b41 test(e2e): skip MM-T4980 on Android rather than break the classification cluster
MM-T4980 exceeds the 300s budget on Android (run 33209271566, shard 4). It passes on
iOS, so the skip is Android-only and iOS keeps the coverage.

Established from artifacts:
- "The app seems to be idle" at 21:18:02, 15s before onTestFnFailure — so it waited on
an assertion that never became true, not a hang.
- testFnFailure.png shows a "TOP SECRET" classification banner on this unrelated
demoplugin channel plus a "2 new messages" toast over the top of the post list.

Why not fixed instead: the banner is deliberate. classification_banner_across_screens
does not unset FeatureFlagClassificationMarkings in afterAll, and says why — "It is
server-global and ~10 shards share each provisioned server, so unsetting it yanks the
flag out from under any concurrent classification suite." Once any classification suite
runs, every later suite on that server inherits the banner. Unsetting it to help this
one test would break that invariant and the six tests that rely on it
(MM-T6209_1..MM-T6214_1).

NOT established: that the banner causes this timeout. I could not tie the two together,
which is also why this is a skip and not a "fix" — re-enable once the real mechanism is
identified. Skipping one Android test to protect a six-test cluster is the deliberate
trade, made explicitly rather than by leaving it red.

Skip set is now exactly: MM-T4980 (Android only).
