Expo Router URI-decodes params once when parsing the pushed URL and again in useLocalSearchParams, so any "%XX" sequence in a param value was decoded before the screen received it. This corrupted MFA logins for passwords like "Fall%2025!". propsToParams now writes "%" as the JSON escape %, which leaves nothing to decode and is restored by JSON.parse in usePropsFromParams.
